By registering an account on RAMP, you agree to be held by its terms of service and privacy policy.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, content submitted into RAMP constitutes an acceptance of an offer transferring all rights to the content to Rubicon Media Group at the monetary value attached to the assignment in RAMP.

Payments are made monthly. It is the responsibility of the content creator to ensure their banking information is up to date. While reasonable efforts will be made to recover lost funds, Rubicon Media Group accepts no liability for payments lost on account of incorrect banking information submitted by the content creator.

By submitting content to the RAMP service, content creators hold themselves to the good faith standard and the laws of their resident jurisdictions and where their content may be published. Content creators may be drawn into proceedings in which Rubicon Media Group faces criminal or civil action where negligence and or bad faith are demonstrated.

While the Rubicon Media Group is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of journalists and content creators, information may be shared with third parties and or law enforcement where content is demonstrated to have been submitted in bad faith.
